I may be out at a show, so unable to call you back right away, you'll hear from us within a couple of days.
To create a piece for you, we will need a picture of your pet.
The picture can be a photograph, a jpeg on a cd, or you can e-mail us an image. If you e-mail the image, please send as large a file as possible.
Once we have your order and picture(s), the creation process takes about a month.
Single tile pieces need to be paid for in advance.
Multiple tile pieces require a 50% deposit, with balance + shipping due upon completion.
